Xbox 720 Question?? Just wondering..?

Q:So according to the site (that I will post below) the new 720 will be coming to the US Fall 2013. Also, the site says that the 720 would stop users from playing used games. Stop, let's think about this. How is that even possible? Like isn't used games new games that were just returned? So how can the 720 prevent used games? I may be getting the wrong concept, but to me that's impossible. Can you please explain to me what's really going on? If you don't believe me, here you go:

Thanks for your answers.

A: Anything about the next Xbox console, even the name, is nothing but rumours, guesswork and speculation at this point.

And it's very easy to kill the used game market, the PC's done it for years -- CD Keys. Pack the game with a one-time-key that has to be linked to your gamertag (or PSN account, because the PS4 could do the same thing) before you can play it, and a used game becomes uselsss. Easy peasy.

They've already started doing it for some games with online passes; turn that into an offline pass as well and places like Gamestop and Gamefly are in deep trouble. This is all speculation. There have been no official statements from Microsoft Game Studios or Microsoft about what the next console will deliver and allow us to do. Try not to believe anything you read and wait for official statements from the company itself.stopping users from playing used games is simple...add a code/cd-key that you enter and will bind that specific copy to your account...simple
